Full Service Real Estate Brokerage

If you wish to utilize our optional Full Service Brokerage service, inform us upon receipt of an offer to purchase your home.
Our Full Broker Services include the following:
  • Review and discuss the merits of offer(s) with you.
  • Advise you of areas of concern or potential problems with purchase offer(s).
  • Prepare counter offer(s) and present it to the buyer's agent.
  • Negotiate the terms and price on your behalf.
  • Finalize the terms of the purchase contract and start escrow transaction.
  • Order necessary inspections and required reports.
  • Ensure Sellers disclosures are delivered within timeframe of contract.
  • Verify buyers and their agents are meeting the terms of agreement with respect to contingency timeframes and inspections.
  • Coordinate escrow with all involved parties including buyer's agent, lender, escrow officers, title, inspectors, etc.
  • Other services needed to successfully close escrow.
The full service brokerage fee with a fully licensed RealtyNode.com Realtor® is only 1/2 percent (0.5%) of the sales price, payable only after we successfully close escrow. Does it make sense that other Realtors® charge 3.0% for the identical service?
